Copies of Register of Electors to be obtained

Town Councils (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 49 · Revised Edition 2020

Before the day fixed for the nomination of candidates the Returning Officer shall obtain from the Chief Elections Officer the prescribed number of certified copies of the register of electors for the town for the time being in force.
