Persons entitled to vote
Town Councils (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 36 · Revised Edition 2020
The persons entitled to vote at the election of a member of a Council shall be those persons whose names appear on the register of electors for that Council, as existing on the Nomination Day.
