Annual court to revise register

Town Councils (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 23 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) Immediately after the 1st day of March in each year an open court shall be held in each district town for the purpose of revising the register of electors published under regulation 3. (2) The magistrate of the district in which a town is situated shall be the Revising Officer for that town. 58
