Applications, objections, and appeals
Town Councils (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 22 · Revised Edition 2020
Where applications, objections or appeals are received within the prescribed time, under regulation 5, regulation 8 or regulation 21, the. registering officer shall prepare a list of such applications,
objections and appeals and the names of the persons who have made the same and shall produce the same in open court.
