Claims and objections to insertion of names on register of electors

(1) Every person whose name has been omitted from any such register of alien electors, and who claims to have his name inserted therein, shall, on or before the 15th day of September give notice in writing to the registering officer, according to Form 3 of these Regulations; and every person whose name appears in any register of electors for the town concerned may object to any other person whose name also appears in any such register as not being entitled to have his name inserted therein. Form 10A. Form 10B. (2) Every person so objecting shall, on or before the 15th day of September, give or cause to be given to the registering officer and the person objected to, or leave or cause to be left at the usual place of abode of such person, notice of such objection in writing, according to the Form 10 A or Form 10 B respectively set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. (3) Immediately after the 15th day of September every registering officer shall prepare a list of all such applications, appeals and objections and the name of the person who has made the same, and shall cause a copy of such list to be published before the 20th day of September next following.
