Offences by persons employed in the preparation of register

(1) Any person who being employed under the provisions of these Regulations in connection with the preparation of any (a) knowingly falsely certifies any register to be correct, or (b) wilfully enters in any register the name of any person not qualified, or (c) wilfully omits from any register the name of any person entitled to be entered therein, shall be liable on summary conviction to a penalty not exceeding five hundred dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months. (2) Subregulations (2) and (3) of regulation 147 shall apply mutatis mutandis to any person convicted under the provisions of this regulation.
