Where more than one petition is presented in relation to same elections

Town Councils (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 114 · Revised Edition 2020

Where more petitions than one is presented relating to the same election or return, all such petitions shall be dealt with as one petition, so far as the inquiry into the same is concerned.
