Computation of time

(1) In reckoning time for the purposes of these Regulations, Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday and any bank holiday shall be excluded. (2) Where anything required by these Regulations to be done on any day falls to be done on Sunday or on any such excluded day, that thing may be done on the next day, not being one of such excluded days.
