Rejection of ballot paper by Returning Officer to be final
Town Councils (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 109 · Revised Edition 2020
Except on an election petition, the decision of a Returning Officer whether or not a ballot paper shall be rejected or not, shall not be questioned.
