Prosecutions under this Act

Unless otherwise provided in any other Part of this Act, all offences against this Act or any by-laws made thereunder shall be tried summarily, and may be prosecuted on the complaint or information of the Mayor or Town Administrator or of any officer of the Council in whose town such offences were allegedly committed authorised in that behalf, or of any member of the Belize Police Department.
