By-laws prescribing fees

(1) Where any by-laws made by a Council under this Act prescribe any fees, fines, penalties and forfeitures, such by-laws shall be subject to affirmative resolution. (2) All licences, fees, fines, penalties and forfeitures imposed by this Act or any by-laws made hereunder shall be recoverable under the Summary Jurisdiction (Offences) Act, and Summary Jurisdiction (Procedure) Act. signed by Mayor or Town Administrator.
