Clearing of yards

(1) The council may authorize the cleaning of premises that are unkempt and overgrown within the City of Belmopan and recover the costs of cleaning such premises from the owner or yards. (2) An authorised officer of the Council may enter and inspect, at a reasonable time, any premise in the City of Belmopan that is unkempt and overgrown for the purpose of carrying out sub-bylaw (1) above. (3) The provisions relating to the recovery of the Town Property Evaluation Fee under the provisions of the Towns Property Evaluation Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the recovery of the fee under this by-law.
