Scope of Bylaws

Belmopan City Council (Control Of Refuse) Bylaws, r. 8 · Revised Edition 2020

The Summary Jurisdiction (Littering (Violation Tickets) Regulations 1991, as amended, shall not apply to the City of Belmopan and these Bylaws shall have effect within the limits of the City of Belmopan.
