Council to collect garbage regularly

(1) The Council shall cause garbage to be collected between such hours and on such days, as shall be notified in advance to the occupier of every premises. Belmopan City Council 51 Schedule I. (2) The Council shall cause the waste materials listed in Schedule I to be collected between such hours and so such days, as shall be notified in advance to the occupier of every premises. (3) The advance notice referred to in sub-bylaws (1) and (2) above, shall be made by any medium which in the opinion of the Council is most convenient.
