Provision of receptacle by occupier

Belmopan City Council (Control Of Refuse) Bylaws, r. 3 · Revised Edition 2020

The occupier of any premises within the City of Belmopan shall provide on the premises a suitable receptacle with a secured cover for the containment of garbage.
