Penalty for failure to pay

Any person who fails to pay the fine in respect of a violation ticket issued to him within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt and who does not request a court hearing under bylaw 16 shall be summoned to appear in court to answer the charge and upon summary conviction shall be liable to a fine of one thousand dollars.
