Time for payment

If a court hearing is not requested, the fine stated on the violation ticket shall be paid within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of issue of the ticket, failing which the fine shall be increased at the rate of one hundred and thirty dollars ($130) in 56 Belmopan City Council the case of a person operating a business, a body corporate or an unincorporated body, or thirty dollars ($30) in the case of any other person, for everyday that the fine remains unpaid.
