Hurricane safety

(1) All utility agencies shall prepare and forward to the Unit a hurricane safety plan, a worker’s safety code, maintenance procedures and overall safety standards by January 31st of each year and, where amended, before 1st June of that year. (2) The name and contact details of any coordinator or his alternate shall also be forwarded to the Unit at the same time.
