Emergency operations

(1) Where a utility agency carries out works for emergency reasons and is unable to apply for permission under by-law 6 above, it shall within three days apply to the Unit for such permission. (2) A utility agency shall make good any damage caused by any works carried out pursuant to subparagraph (1) above.
