Request for information

(1) The Unit may request from any utility agency additional information which may be required to process an application for registration or permission under these By-laws, and such information shall include but shall not be limited to the agency’s annual plan of street works within the City and shall be Belmopan City Council 41 forwarded in the manner and within the period specified by the Unit. (2) The Unit may defer any application for want of additional information.
