Registration of utility agencies

(1) All utility agencies shall register with the Unit in the form set out in the Schedule 1 to these By-laws. Schedule1. 40 Belmopan City Council (2) An application for registration under these By-laws shall be accompanied by a registration fee of fifty dollars (BZ$50.00). (3) Where a utility agency has been registered with the Unit, a certificate of registration in the form set out in the Schedule II to these By-laws shall be issued by the Unit. Schedule II. (4) A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue and may be renewed for an equal period upon application to the Unit and on payment of the prescribed fee.
