Notices to be served by applicant

(1) Every person intending to undertake any works of development shall, following the approval of submitted plans, provide a written notice to the Corporation, specifying the date upon which the works will commence. Notice must also be given of the date when the pouring of concrete will take place to allow inspection of the foundations. (2) Prior to the commencement of works, the person responsible for such works shall advise, in writing, those who will be affected, by such works, including adjoining occupiers, and relevant public utilities.
