Determination of applications

Belmopan (Zoning And Control Over Building Construction) By Laws, r. 17 · Revised Edition 2020

The Corporation shall, within twenty-eight days of the submission of a complete application, as required under these By-laws, signify in writing its approval, or disapproval of the intended work, to the applicant.
