Amounts owing to the Corporation

Notwithstanding the revocation of the Removal of Refuse (Belmopan) Regulations 1982, any amount payable to the Corporation under those Regulations shall be paid to the Corporation and in case of default may be sued for and payment enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction, as if those amounts were monies due to the Corporation under these By- Laws. __________
