Penalty and recovery of arrears

Any occupier who contravenes the provisions of these By-Laws commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $100.00 and in addition, in the case of a failure to pay any sum due to the Corporation under by-law 5, such sum shall be ordered by the Court to be paid to the Corporation by the person so found guilty within such time or extended time as the Court may allow.
