Interpretation

In these By-Laws“Corporation” means the Reconstruction and Development established under the provisions of the Reconstruction and Development Corporation Act; CAP. 156. “occupier” means a tenant, landlord or other person for the time being in occupation of any premises; “refuse” shall include all domestic, commercial, medical, industrial and other waste or discarded products or substances produced in and by activities carried on in the city, but shall not include anything contained in the Schedule to these By-Laws.
