Commencement

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 64 of the Belmopan City Council Act (No. 4 of 2000) and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, VALDEMAR CASTILLO, Minister of Sugar Industry, Local Government and Labour, do hereby appoint the 10th day of February, 2000 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force. of Act No.4 of 2000.
