Additional powers and functions of the Council

Without prejudice to any other law which vests any powers in the Council, the Council shall have and enjoy such additional powers and functions as are or may hereafter be specified in the following ActsCAP. 232. (a) Public Roads Act; CAP. 66. (b) Trade Licensing Act; CAP. 150. (c) Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act; CAP. 230. (d) Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act; and CAP. 65. (e) Towns Evaluation Property Act.
