By-laws prescribing fees
Cap. 86, s. 50 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) Where any By-laws made by the Council under this Act prescribes any fees, fines, penalties and forfeitures, such By-laws shall be subject to affirmative resolution by the House of Representatives.
(2) All licences, fees, fines, penalties and forfeitures imposed by this Act or any By-laws made hereunder shall be recoverable under the Summary Jurisdiction (Offences) Act,
and Summary Jurisdiction (Procedure) Act.
