In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 62 of the Belize City Council Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, FLORENCIO MARIN, Minister of Sugar Industry,
Local Government and Latin American Affairs, do hereby appoint the 17th day of February 1999 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
