Temporary buildings

No temporary building shall be erected or used on any part of a lot which, in the opinion of the Council and of the Local Building Authority is a nuisance, is abandoned, dangerous, neglected or presents a disturbance to the owners of adjoining lots or which will cause the lot to suffer a depreciation in its market value.
