Requirements for commercial zone

The following shall apply to the commercial zone– (a) building setback in respect of any lot shall not be less than– (i) 12 feet from street setback; (ii) 12 feet from side setback; (iii) 12 feet from rear setback; (b) garbage disposal shall be sanitary and be approved by the Council and the Public Health Department; (c) the area of construction shall not exceed sixty percent of the total area of the lot; (d) parking space shall be allotted in accordance with the size of the building; (e) building height shall not exceed 36 feet.
