Repeals

Belize City (Control Of Garbage And Use Of Dumpsite) By-Laws, r. 9 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) Upon the coming into force of these By-laws, the Belize City (Collection and Disposal of Garbage) By-laws shall stand repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the above repeal, any fees and penalties incurred under the said By-laws may be collected and enforced as if the said By-law had not been repealed. 260 Belize City Council
