Use of dumpsite

(1) Every person who uses the municipal dumpsite or any other site prescribed by the Council for the disposal or deposit of garbage or Other Waste shall pay to the Council a fee as set out in Part II of the Schedule hereto. (2) It shall be an offence to deposit garbage or Other Waste on a prescribed dumpsite without the authority of the Council, such offence being punishable on summary conviction with a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
