Payment for collection and disposal of garbage and Other Waste

(1) Every occupier of business premises in Belize City whose garbage or Other Waste is collected by or on behalf of the Council shall pay to the Council on or before the tenth day of each succeeding month a monthly fee at the rates set out in Part I of the Schedule.
