Penalties

Every person who is issued with a violation ticket shall, except as otherwise provided by By-law 11, pay a fine of– (a) two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) in the case of a person operating a business, a body corporate or an unincorporated body; or (b) five hundred dollars ($500.00) in the case of any other person, which amount shall be clearly stated on the face of the violation ticket.
