Lost and abandoned property

(1) The driver of a public carriage shall make diligent efforts to return any lost property found in his carriage to the rightful owner. (2) If the owner of the property cannot be reasonably located, any lost or abandoned property shall be delivered to the Council’s Inspector together with a short description of the property.
