Fares and charges

(1) The charges for the carrying of passengers on a public carriage shall be in accordance with the Fifth Schedule. Fifth Schedule. (2) A copy of the fares to be charged by an operator or driver of a public carriage shall be filed with the Council. (3) The use of any meter or measuring device to determine rates or fares is prohibited. (4) The operator or driver or a public carriage shall inform passengers or customers of the rates/fares before embarking upon any tour.
