Repeal and savings

(1) The Belize City (Public Bridges) By-laws (hereinafter referred to as the principal By-laws) are repealed. (2) All proceedings under the principal By-laws that, immediately before the coming into force of these Regulations, are pending before any court, shall continue to be heard and disposed of by that court as if these Regulations had not been passed.
