Supervision by police

It shall be the duty of all police officers to see that the petroleum which is being transported is conveyed in the manner prescribed by these Regulations, and in general to see that the foregoing regulations are properly enforced, and any such officer may stop and inspect any petroleum in transit and if necessary require the person in charge of the same to comply with these Regulations.
