Inspection of vessels, bins, etc

The City Engineer or any officer deputed by him for the purpose or any police officer as aforesaid may, on such entry, require any licensee to show him any of the vessels, bins or tanks in which any of the petroleum in his possession is stored or contained, to give him such assistance as he may require for examining the same, and to deliver to him a sample from any vessel which he indicates for this purpose.
