Worn out stores

Whenever the City Administrator finds it necessary to dispose of worn out or part worn stores due to fair wear and tear, he shall request the Mayor to appoint a Board of Survey to report on the stores. The Board shall make their recommendations to the Mayor who shall direct the City Administrator as to the next action to be taken.
