Approval of financial controller

Notwithstanding regulations 25 and 26 above, where a financial controller has been appointed by the Minister pursuant to section 23A of the Belize City Council Act, as amended, no payment requiring the approval or certification of the financial controller shall be made unless the same has been duly approved or certified by such financial controller.
