Point of order

Any member may at any time call the attention of the mayor to any member being out of order or to any point of order and the member who is then addressing the meeting shall thereupon resume his seat. When the point of order has been stated the member who raised it shall resume his seat and no member shall rise till the Mayor has decided the question.
