Who may present petition
Belize City Council (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 91 · Revised Edition 2020
An election petition may be presented to the Supreme Court by any one or more of the following persons, namelyBelize City Council 63
(a) some person who voted or had a right to vote at the election to which the petition relates; or
(b) some person claiming to have been a candidate at such election.
