Polling agents and counting agents

(1) Each candidate shall have the power to appoint polling agents to be present at polling stations within Belize City: Provided that not more than one such agent shall be present within a polling station at any one time. (2) Each candidate may appoint two counting agents but not more than one of them may attend at the counting of votes at any one time. (3) Every appointment of an agent shall be in writing and shall state the name and address of the person and shall be given duly signed by the candidate to the presiding officer or the returning officer as the case may be.
