Seeking registration more than once

Any person who applies for registration as an elector and does not disclose in such application the fact of his being already registered as an elector or of his already having applied for Belize City Council 41 registration and which application is then pending shall be guilty of an offence and shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine of one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
