Annual court to revise register

(1) Immediately after the 20th day of October in each year an open court shall be held for the purpose of revising the register of electors published under regulation 20. (2) The Chief Magistrate of the Belize District or a magistrate nominated by him shall be the revising officer for the divisions comprising Belize City.
