Respondent not opposing petition not to appear as a party

Belize City Council (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 133 · Revised Edition 2020

A respondent who has given notice of his intention not to oppose a petition shall not be allowed to appear or act as a party against such petition in any proceedings thereon.
