Non-abatement of election petition by reason only of a dissolution of Council

Belize City Council (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 129 · Revised Edition 2020

Any election petition shall not be abated by reason only of a dissolution of the Council and accordingly in the event of such dissolution such petition shall be heard or continue to be heard, and determined as though the Council had not been dissolved but was in session.
